If you like lovable quirky characters, fairy tale settings, and happily ever after, then you will like Summer’s List by Anita Higman. Although the characters sometimes seem odd, you still can’t help but love them. The Granny saves the day in many ways, by giving Summer a home when she needs one, and especially with her bucket list of things for Summer to do before Granny dies. The list is also quirky, but since it’s bathed in prayer, it works!
And, like a fairy tale, the wedding at the end is a dream come true. Some sad parts, but over all a fun read!
This book was a gift from the author for review purposes, but did not change this review which is my own opinion.
